Rules on the cancellation of prepaid room deposits: ★If the guest cancels the reservation on the day of hotel stay, deduct 100% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. ★If the guest cancels the reservation within 1 day of the day of hotel stay, deduct 80% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. ★If the guest cancels the reservation within 2-3 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 70% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. ★If the guest cancels the reservation within 4-6 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 60% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. ★If the guest cancels the reservation within 7-9 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 50% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. ★If the guest cancels the reservation within 10-13 days of the day of hotel stay, deduct 30% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. ★If the guest cancels the reservation 14 days or more before the day of hotel stay, deduct 0% of the amount of the prepaid deposit for the room. |
